Mark of The Beast
666 - Part 3
(Rev 13:18) This calls for wisdom: let the one who has understanding calculate the number of the beast, for it is the number of a man, and his number is 666.
The video presentations on the right sidebar point to two different MARKs of the Beast. One of the East and the other of the West. It seems that there are two teaching on this, and most are in favor of one or the other. Why not both? After all, the Image of Daniel we see continuous Kingdoms, from the head of Gold down to the Belly as solid, united, one after the other, then the image is shown with two legs, divided, and a mixture of Iron and brittle clay, continuing down to the Ten Toes which we are told are Ten Kings. The legs being divided would seem to suggest a split, perhaps a division of East and West.
If we consider this to be a third option, then it would make sense as to why the two separate views of the Mark of the Beast seem to fit both the Islamic Eastern religions as well as the Western Roman Catholic religion. And, believe it or not, the two, while entirely different, have much in common.
Is the number 666 really a number? The wording of Revelation 13:18 seems to suggest that it is as the word "number" is used twice, so it is only natural for everyone to assume this "number" must the the infamous 666 found at the end of the verse. However, as Walid Shoebat and others have pointed out, the actual characters are not numbers at all but a saying, an Arabic saying and symbols the people of Islam use to this day on banners they wrap around their heads and tie around their arms -- that, of course, is the Eastern view and seems very convincing. Others have pointed out that you have to manipulate these symbols to make them say what Walid and others are saying. This is true, but the minor manipulations do not change the symbols themselves and the apparent connection to the Greek with each letter -- Chi = 600 Xi = 60 and Stigma = 6, and counting these letters up, you come out with 666. Somewhere along the way someone found a manuscript with a slight altering of these three letters and came up with a counting of 616.

It is my current belief that during the time of the Two Beast, appearing before the return of our Savior, the Battle will be over Names, not days and times as some suppose -- the Mark of these Beasts will not be a "day" in the week -- that is -- Sunday worship, as opposed to Saturday worship, is not the Mark of the Beast. Changing (altering) Days and times, by human authority, may identify a Beast system, which is man's system, but this is not the sign or mark from the beginning continuing through every generation from the beginning. It has always been a battle over "confession" -- whom do you CONFESS as your SAVIOR? Is it JESUS, HeyZeus, Gezzus, or HeSous? Into Whose Name were you baptised? Down through the ages, from the Cross to now, it has been an open secret, the MARK is about NAMES. The Seventh day of the week, as a sign or mark, is for the Israelis (Jewish people) only, not gentiles. The Battle over names, identifying who you confess and to whose SPIRIT you are baptized into, by Spirit or Water. Read it again -- Revelation 13 -- the worship of, or acceptance of the Beast by His NAME, or the Number of his NAME -- NOT his day. The 7th Day Sabbath is a sign (to repeat) is between Both Judah and Israel, their Creator, not only of the World and all of the Universe but them -- that is the whole of ISRAEL, personally created by the God of all creation, giving them, the Israelis, a special day of rest, a physical day of rest. During some of the most deadly times of a Religions control over the population among the Gentile nations has been about the NAME a person confessed as Savior -- millions were tortured and killed for NOT confessing JESUS or HeyZeus, or as some pronounce, ISIS. While the Roman Catholic Church is responsible for most of this from the middle ages down to the 19th century, they are not the only religious orders with the blood of the "saints" on their hand, or drinking from the cup of the Great Whore of Revelation 17:6. Reading all of Chapter 17, or Revelation 17, the description of this Whore seems to fit the continuing history of the Roman Church. You do not need to go back too far into the historical past to see this connection. A Church dressed in purple and gold? Just for starters.
Rev 13:17 And that no man might buy or sell, save he that had the mark, or the name of the beast, or the number of his name.Rev 13:18 Here is wisdom. Let him that hath understanding count the number of the beast: for it is the number of a man; and his number is Six hundred threescore and six.
So, the marking of times and season could not be the END-TIME Mark of the Beast -- it is the NAME or the NUMBER of his Name, not a day of the week. Read Revelation chapter 13 carefully, these are the characters to whom Satan gives power and through whom Satan receives worship -- literally giving over his SEAT to a man -- Rev 13:2 " ...and the dragon gave him (the Beast) his power, and his seat, and great authority".
It is during the time of the Second Beast that the Two Prophets of the Living God rise up against the Beast and, make no mistake, it becomes a battle over names, not days. These Two Prophets, standing up, apparently alone, representative of the Living God, have been identified as the Two Eliyahs -- this identifies these two prophets -- Elijah, EliYaH means -- YaH is God (YH is el). Backing up a bit, we need to realize that as we approach the End-Times (Defined as man's rule by Satan's authority) that it is not the First Beast we need to be so concerned, but the SECOND BEAST, the one with the TWO HORN -- Revelation 13:11-12 -- this Two Horned, smaller Beast, reconstitutes worship of the past First Beast.
Rev 13:11 And I beheld another beast coming up out of the earth; and he had two horns like a lamb, and he spoke as a dragon.Rev 13:12 And he exerciseth all the power of the first beast before him, and causes the earth and them which dwell therein to worship the first beast, whose deadly wound was healed.
Please remember, as a servant of YaHshua, my opinions follow where ever His Spirit leads and what I believe. And I have lived long enough to see the change, and changes in past prophetic theories, not aware of things like AI, DNA manipulation, and manufactured plagues like Covid. Today has changed over the years and may continue to change in the future, for now this is what I understand (Year 2020). When we see the actual Prophetic words unfold then we will all see the truth. Until our Lord's return we need to be flexible enough to change our opinions, our minds, to His words as the are revealed. NOW -- update: 2024, and President Trump has retake the White House. In his first year return to the WH, he and his team have accomplished so much that it is hard to keep up with. His ultimate goal, outside of making America Great Again, is World Peace - to literally force all nations to get along for economic stability and benefit, forcing if necessary the issue and stopping the migration of people -- in other words, to solve the problems causing senseless migrations and literal invasions of other countries by trade, building the wealth of each nation, small and great. This is a noble goal, but one of material design, and if accomplished we may see another prophetic warning come into play --
1Th 5:2 For you yourselves know well that the day of the Lord comes like a thief in the night.1Th 5:3 For when they are saying, "Peace and safety," then sudden destruction will come on them, like birth pains on a pregnant woman; and they will in no way escape.
Please keep in mind -- we are witnesses, like observing, from generation to generation. Not of man's brilliance, but of and for the Word already delivered. When we see the Prophetic Word unfolding from the pages of your own Bible, and the understanding of the Book of Revelation -- a book of REVEALING -- we become the witnesses for His RETURN, and can confirm the need for His RETURN, otherwise all, including the Saints, will be lost --
Mat 24:22 And except those days should be shortened, there should no flesh be saved: but for the elect's sake those days shall be shortened.
For whose sake? If those days to come are not shortened not even the Elect -- those called to Him --would not be saved. In other words, all would be lost. Does that sound like revival to you? Does that sound like man saving man? Ask yourself, Just how is He going to shorten those days? Those days? Read Revelation 6:12-17 -- and ask yourself -- Are we there yet? Live your life, but be ready, be watchful.
Mat 25:13 Watch therefore, for you know neither the day nor the hour wherein the Son of man comes.
Stay Awake, in other words. Peace, real peace is around the corner -- nearer now than it was.
