Q: If Messiah's name is to be spread all across the world, so everyone knows of our Christ
Then why is Jesus wrong? The salvation message is being spread all throughout the world, but in Jesus name , not the name of Yahushua.
A: A slight misunderstanding by the Christian Community has led various groups into thinking they are supposed to save the world. The idea it is our job to convince sinners they should join us and change the world. The Great Commission, as it is called, was given to the Apostles of the Christ, not the Gentile Church. The Gentile Christian Church has poked it self in the eye so many times it is no wonder they given themselves the a name among the world as "Hypocrites". Also, when you look at the history of the Gentile Church you see the blood shed of millions as Christians, so called, fought against other Chrisitans. The Gentile Roman Church murdered millions in their never ending thirst for power and authority. These are not the people given the responsibility of the Gospel message. It is by and through the writing of the Holy Bible we have the Gospel message.
Our Savior, YaHshua, told us of a different Gospel, a Gospel not different, but not the orginal either. It seems like double talk but isn't, not when you consider what has happened down through the years. Our Savior told us another would come in his name, a different name, and him would they follow.
(Gal 1:6-7) I marvel that you are so soon removed from him that called you into the grace of Christ unto another gospel: Which is not another; but there be some that trouble you, and would pervert the gospel of Christ.
(2Co 11:4) For if he that cometh preacheth another Jesus, whom we have not preached, or if you receive another spirit, which you have not received, or another gospel, which you have not accepted, you might well bear with him.
(John 5:43) I am come in my Father's name, and you receive me not: if another shall come in his own name, him you will receive.
Looking at these verses is should be apparent that another Gospel was beginning to influence the first century Church. What is of interest is, it is call "another Gospel" but, "which is not another". So, what was happening and has been happening for two millennia is a Gospel that has the message of Salvation but is somehow different.
Jesus is not the name the Gospel has been preached in! Yes, today, it is the name most English speaking nations hear but in Europe it is mostly pronouced as Hey-Seus and in most of the Catholic Christian nations of different languanges it is also Hey-Zues, no Jesus. The Jesus Gospel has only been preached these last 400 years or less. And that is the final answer.
